Gloria Dohman, Ph.D.
Dr. Gloria Dohman is a native of South Dakota. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Sioux Falls, Master of Science in Education and Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis in Institutional Analysis from NDSU. She spent 40 years of her career in education, 37 of those years in higher education at the North Dakota State College of Science, where responsibilities included accreditation, institutional research, assessment of student learning, grant management, and strategic planning. She was honored as Associate Vice President Emerita following retirement. Dr. Dohman presented at many regional and national conferences on topics of student learning, research and evaluation, and customer service. She continues to work as a peer reviewer with the Higher Learner Commission and as a consultant in areas of strategic planning, assessment of student learning, and accreditation. In addition to the Board of Directors of CHI Health at Home, Dr. Dohman also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of CHI St. Francis Healthcare Campus, Breckenridge, MN, Board of Directors of the Red Door Art Gallery, Wahpeton, ND, and the Board of Directors of CHI St. Francis Healthcare Foundation, Breckenridge, MN.
