1977 – Employed with DCI Credit Services, Inc. in virtually every capacity including collection consultant; supervisor; vice president-marketing; vice president; president. DCI is a collection agency with 40 employees in Fargo, Bismarck and Dickinson

2005 – President, Blackridge Enterprises. This entity owns and rents residential real estate.

2009 – President, Blackridge II, LLC which owns, rents and develops commercial real estate.

2015 – Chairman, The Summit Group, LLC  which develops residential and commercial real estate.
